At XPI (Extended Payment Interface), we prioritize the security and confidentiality of institutional transactions and compliance metadata. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle, route, and audit transaction data within our orchestration layers.

1. Data Collection & Isolation

XPI is an orchestration layer, not a centralized repository. We do not store private consumer transaction identities or account keys. All client data passes through secure transit envelopes signed by participating banks and clearing systems.

2. Regulatory Disclosure

Audit trails are logged immutably on the permissioned ledger according to smart contract specifications. These trails are accessible only to authorized supervisory nodes hosted by relevant central banks and financial regulators.

3. Data Security

We implement strict transport security protocols (mTLS 1.3), payload signing standardizations, and integrate with hardware security modules (HSM) to protect metadata in transit.
